This website is run by the Braintree District Council. It is designed to be used by as many people as possible. The text should be clear and simple to understand. You should be able to:

This website was and is currently being tested for compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines V2.1 level A and level AA, and these tests have been carried out internally.
We used a tool called SiteImprove to measure and monitor our compliance as well as carrying out a manual audit against the full checklist of WCAG A and AA criteria.
We plan to work with our supplier to fix issues according to the timescales shown for each area above.
